By accessing and using www.theloft.legal (the Website) you agree to be bound by our General Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (together Website Terms), as set out below.  You confirm that you have read, and that you agree with, our Website Terms.  If you have not, or if you do not accept our Website Terms, please do not use the Website.

Our Website Terms may be amended from time to time and it is your responsibility to regularly check this section on the Website to ensure you are aware of our current Website Terms. By continuing to use the Website, you agree to be bound by the amended Website Terms.

a.  any comments or content that you post on such social networking sites through a link provided on the Website are subject to the terms and conditions of the social network site that you post the comments or content on; and
